Shipping Timeframes in the US
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 business days of an order being placed, and delivery itself within the US should take anywhere between 2 – 6 business days depending on where you are having it sent and which shipping option you choose. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the whereabouts of your parcel online via Amazon Logistics.

If Address is Unattended
Drivers in the Amazon network typically will not knock on your door or ring your doorbell, rather they will find a safe place to the parcel. If no suitable place can be found to leave the parcel, the driver will leave a note card which you can use to arrange a pick-up from a nearby collection location.
Note: for a smooth pick up, make sure the parcel is collected by the person who it was addressed to, and that they bring valid ID and the note card with them. Ensure that you pick up your parcel within the timeframe stated on the card, as it will be returned to Amazon after that period has lapsed.
Shipping to Australia
Deliveries within Australia are sent by courier or Australia Post to ensure that your package will arrive safe and sound. Because of this, you are able to list a PO Box as your delivery address if your residential address is unattended during business hours.

If Address is Unattended
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the driver will leave a note card which you can use to either arrange a pick-up from a nearby collection location, or organise a redelivery of the item.

If booking a redelivery, ensure that you do so within the timeframe stated on the card, as the parcel will be returned to sender after that period has lapsed.
Pick Up
Unfortunately we don’t offer a pick up option, and you’ll need to have your parcel shipped out to you instead.
Shipping to all other countries
Deliveries to all other countries are sent by DHL International, and then transferred to the relevant major postal service in order to ensure that your package will arrive safe and sound. Ideally there would be a person present at your specified delivery address during standard business hours to receive the parcel, so if there generally isn’t someone at your home during business hours, you may want to have your order delivered to a workplace, a neighbour or a friend’s house instead. We’re also able to send your item to a PO Box so that you can collect it at your convenience.

Import Duties
In some countries, a small local import tax or duty charge may apply upon delivery/collection – if you do incur these additional import fees, please send proof of payment to us at info@evolvegrips.com and we’d be happy to reimburse you for these costs. No hidden fees or charges here!
International Routing
When tracking your order online, you may find that after your parcel leaves us, it can appear in an unexpected country while on its way to you. This is nothing to worry about, as international routes are optimised to ensure the fastest and smoothest delivery possible, and this often involves making a stopover or two.
