I just want to say that I just recently ordered two pairs of these Evolve Grips and I really love them!! They are very good quality. I think the design of these grips is very smart. They are also very comfortable when exercising and lifting weights. I love how they contour to your hands and palm. They also keep your wrists lined up perfectly while you are lifting. Evolve grips really did change my training. I’ve tried chalk and straps, but these just feel so natural in my hands. It works great for hard work and dumbbell work, with curls as well. But it really does shine with the bar. The material is soft, yet still hard enough to improve grip. It doesn’t dig into your skin and feels great for your wrists. Overall, great product!

The grips are really good, they fit my hands and help me get better engagement through my forearms when working out. The packaging is excellent!!

I had been looking around for Fat Barbell Grips for sometime but was unhappy with what was on the market until I found Evolve Grips. Four days later my package arrived and was blown away. First off the packaging looks fantastic and once opened I can only describe the grips as Ergonomic Gym Art and very high quality. I have used them in several workouts so far first was biceps and wow what a pump not only in the biceps but also forearms and I could also feel the grips working my grip strength. Second workout was chest and the drips felt great on both bench press and barbell press, the grips worked wonders in positioning my hands correctly and once again work my grip strength.
