Evolve grips really did change my training. I’ve tried chalk and straps, but these just feel so natural in my hands. It works great for hard work and dumbbell work, with curls as well. But it really does shine with the bar. The material is soft, yet still hard enough to improve grip. It doesn’t dig into your skin and feels great for your wrists. Overall, great product!
The grips are really good, they fit my hands and help me get better engagement through my forearms when working out. The packaging is excellent!!
I bought a pair of performance grips. Could definitely feel the burn in my forearms with the added bonus of providing some wrist support.

I had been looking around for Fat Barbell Grips for sometime but was unhappy with what was on the market until I found Evolve Grips. They looked great on the website so took the plunge and ordered the Performance which is the middle size. About 20 minutes after placing my order I was contacted by Jason the owner of the company and after a long chat where we talked about what I wanted to achieve I also ordered the Comfort the smaller size. Four days later my package arrived and was blown away. First off the packaging looks fantastic and once opened I can only describe the grips as Ergonomic Gym Art and very high quality. I have used them in several workouts so far first was biceps and wow what a pump not only in the biceps but also forearms and I could also feel the grips working my grip strength. Second workout was chest and the drips felt great on both bench press and barbell press, the grips worked wonders in positioning my hands correctly and once again work my grip strength. An absolutely amazing product which I highly recommend for anyone going to the gym no matter what level you workout. Thanks Jason.

Grips sit comfortably on your palms, the material is of high quality. I would highly recommend it for push workouts, it's one of the best grips I have tried so far.

Our experience with the Evolve Grips has been a game changer! My wife and I used to overgrip dumbbells and barbells, which resulted in wrist pain for both of us. However, since we started using the Evolve Grips, we haven't experienced any discomfort in our wrists. Additionally, the muscle pump we get from our bicep workouts is fantastic! The delivery was quick, and the support from Jason made these grips a feel-good purchase. I highly recommend that any gym-goer give these a try. These grips are fantastic for my home gym. They have upgraded my workouts and are extremely comfortable when doing a range of exercises. I have also noticed growth in my forearms since using these grips. Highly recommend, great addition to my workouts.
Tried out a couple of grips and this one’s great to use. Due to the shape of these , they have reduced strain on my wrists and still activate the muscles at the same time. Very happy with my purchase and the grips.

You can tell a lot of time an effort has gone into these grips. I’ve owned multiple but these have exceeded expectations with amazing customer support from the team too! Now I want the other sizes too !!
Grips work really well with dumb bells and bar bells! Better grip and tougher workout, highly recommend.
