Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are so confident Evolve Grips will take your workout to the next level that we’re offering you a 50 Day Best Grip Guarantee! 

Incorporate Evolve Grips into your workout for 50 days, and if they’re not the most comfortable and supportive grips you’ve ever tried, simply return them to us for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging.

How to Organise a Return
If you’re not happy with your Evolve Grips after trying them out for 50 days, send an email to us at info@evolvegrips.com and we’ll give you a return authorisation code. Then, send your item to the below address, making sure to include proof of purchase and your authorisation code:

You’ll need to bear the cost of return freight as this will not be reimbursed. You’re welcome to use any shipping method you’d like, however we recommend picking a method with a tracking feature so that you ensure the item is received by us. Once we receive your item, we will process a refund back to the credit card that you originally used to make the purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@evolvegrips.com.

The Fine Print
Please note that if you used a coupon code or other discount when you purchased your grips, this may affect your refund amount.  If the promotional voucher required a minimum spend, and returning the item causes the total order value to fall below this amount, the promotion will no longer apply. The remaining items in that order will be valued at their full price again, and your refund for the returned item will be the total cost of your order, less the full price of the remaining items that you keep.
