Evolve Grips - Performance have an external diameter of 57mm (2¼”) and are suitable for more experienced thick grip users looking to increase their gains.

Ergonomically engineered to perfectly mold to the human hand – no more wrist strain and injuries
Textured surface featuring hemispherical dimples and undulating curves for ultimate comfort and grip
Made from our own proprietary silicone compound, exclusively formulated for optimal density, grip and durability
Bevelled rims allow the grips to fit onto a wider range of dumbbells, as well as angled EZ bars and a variety of equipment handles
Rounded edges at the opening of the grips make it easier to open them up, allowing for effortless placement and removal

There are 2 criteria required for Evolve Grips to fit safely and securely onto your equipment:

The diameter of your bar or handle must be between 1” and 1½” (between 25mm and 38mm), and
Your bar or handle must be straight, and at least 4¾” (12cm) long

Evolve Grips are not suitable for neoprene dumbbells or kettlebells with tapered or curved handles
