Evolve Grips - Power have an external diameter of 65mm (2½“) and are suitable for thick grip pros who are ready for their next challenge.

There are 2 criteria required for Evolve Grips to fit safely and securely onto your equipment:

The diameter of your bar or handle must be between 1” and 1½” (between 25mm and 38mm), and
Your bar or handle must be straight, and at least 4¾” (12cm) long

Evolve Grips are not suitable for neoprene dumbbells or kettlebells with tapered or curved handles

COMFORT: External diameter of 45mm (1¾”) - suitable for those who are starting out with thick grip training or are mainly wanting the benefits of improved wrist alignment and callus prevention. They are also recommended for people attending a commercial gym that already has thicker bars on its equipment
PERFORMANCE: External diameter of 57mm (2¼”) - suitable for more experienced thick grip users looking to build muscle and increase their gains
POWER: External diameter of 65mm (2½“) - suitable for thick grip pros who are ready for their next challenge
